Strava heat maps prove that lots of people record their cycling activities down south and that even more leave their GPS running on the uplift at BPW! Merthyr Tydfil, the county borough at the top of the South Wales valleys recorded the hilliest cycle rides - with an average elevation of 630m (2067ft) per journey.Hmm..you sure you boyos are riding UP that climb?

Spot on Richard, Strava gets turn on at the start of the day and off at the end when at BPW. Not easy getting in and out of the bike bags 10 times or more
