It's only four weeks until the days start getting longer! Me and greg are planning a ride somewhere in the Surrey Hills this weekend. Starting time 9 a.m. just need to decide which of the hills to ride. Any ride reports out there on the current conditions? Usual trails will be ridden wherever we start, circa 20km and 3 to 3.5 hours riding.

Good effort on the diet front although after reading "as the weight loss was going well,...I had some rice... and then some porridge" i couldn't help but picture you as Bruno committing carbicide Why thank you. I'm not familiar with Bruno, not having seen the film but there was at least 12 hours between the rice on Saturday night and the porridge on Sunday morning. Would sir care for a wafer thin mint?
