King of the Hill this week (so far )... Last week....Kudos to Lee for maxxing the Elevation on just one ride - sounds epic. Looks like naughty Paddy left his GPS tracking on the uplifts on his Enduro (but I could be wrong....). Big cheer to Rich for topping the distance stats Hello to Robin Grant (WTF ?) who from his stats seems to ride a lot to Evans....

I'm not sure you'll be flocking to La Gomera yet, its was great fun riding a full sus for the second time evar (scott genius) And I whipped all ze germans in their lycra (they've not heard of strava yet)
We had to do the final descent of the day on road, spun out, fully tucked on baking virgin tarmac, man I've never braked so hard in my life for all the dog legs

Its really good, its got something for everyone. Fast flowy blue trails, more techy reds and blacks which are natural trails with steep sections, jumps, rock gardens etc.

Gloat mode switched to 'on' - Well done to Tel as well Correlation between this and my current status is purely coincidental...

well done lads, I won't try to denigrate it by commenting on why I wasn't doing so much mileage Glad to see you are still checking this tho! Hope your back improves soon. I find that serious drugs help. Got some co-codamol in my cupboard... But seriosly, see a specialist. I am lucky enough to have an onsite physio (at workplace) that I can get referred to for just £7 per 30 minute session. They soon sort me out when I get too many aches & pains.
