I have been having a little problem with my rear M4 recently whereby the lever pulls back to the bar without supplying sufficient braking force.
I spoke to Hope who offered to service it, replace seals and bleed it etc. I sent it off last Monday (29th) - let's see what happens?

Brake received back in post - fully serviced, new seals, bled and master cylinder replaced under warranty. Refitted them last night and they seem to be working great now - nice one!

My magic worked only so long, huh? Nuvver reason to buy Brit - the guys are accessible. Tim at Extra UK went out of his way to help me recently, following a query at Cycle 2003 in London - needed a widget for a Topeak pack - arrived a few days later, completely gratis, by registered post! Way to go

well, the old Huey magic was good but it definitely needed another wave of the wand! can't complain about a free service and parts replacement. Turned around within a week (even with the postal strike) and only cost me about £2-50 for recorded delivery.
