That one coffee alone will carry you all the way to the Eifel Tower , but might give you the shits !!!! :-)

So we made it! Arrived in Paris mid-afternoon but found it quite difficult to get to the Eiffel Tower!
We had covered 205 km before the final one of the 3 garmin 500's we have with us shut down due to flat battery. That's on top of the 85-odd km we did last night.
Dropped bikes off at gare du nord (another unrecorded 5km at least) and now sitting in a Belgian bar (??!!) Drinking beer. Eurostar due in one hour.
Anyone up for an mtb ride tomorrow!

Great Job , although just a tad to hectic for my liking . Next time with a night in Paris and a ride back is more my cuppa

I have one - really handy on holiday and for emergencies when I forget to fully charge the iPhone - can lend it if needed

The selfie stick is great for a different perspective, the grey cold start as you roll off the ferry in dieppe in contrast to the sunny Paris arrival and ........ all the bits that feature me!!!
