Interestingly, they now list the Capra Al1 in an XL frame size You and Tel will only have one week to try yours out before we're off!
Talking of off, had a high speed stack last night and for a minute thought my Alps trip was over, not a nice feeling!

Yes, an old lady was walking her dog, she winked at me, i panicked and fell off despite the stabilizers.

Three short weeks or 21 days to go and the news from my bike suppliers is as follows:
"Hi Richard, It has not been shipped out yet. However it is already in production and will be sent once the assembly is done. If you have further questions please contact us"
Further questions? FURTHER. QUESTIONS! Yes, I bloomin' well do have, like WHAT DATE will it actually be shipped and WHEN will it reach me?
Farkety, farking bells.

Don't worry Richard, Halfords usually deliver on time.
My bike's getting ready too and been put on a diet, going tubeless this weekend that'll save 600grams just from ditching the DH tubes! Worryingly my cracked rib hurts a lot more now than it did last week.

Don't worry, I cracked a rib or two in the alps a couple of years ago and managed to ride up three HC mountains the following week on my road bike. You just need to take a couple of doses of MTFU.

I contacted YT last week and they would only say they would be in contact next week..... Getting tight....
Thinking of doing another break, 4 day midweek early August, either UK or France if anyone is interested.
