Hi Gazza,
I'm shagged after todays ride (having spent 3 days in bed with flu etc) but I will lead a short 2 hour ride tomorrow if you would like mate. How about 10am start from Lomac up Stanes street to the hidden Alpine track, up box hill flint track for a cuppa. Down Happy valley and back along Stanes street to the Lomac again for around 12ish? It's about a 16 mile run approx 1 hour and 45 mins to 2 hours ride time.
