Well done Colin for posting the ride and Dave for the finer points of navigation. Conditions weren't nearly as bad as I'd expected, although my cassette struggled with gloop+leaves, gathering a mulch David Bellamy would be proud of and offering me only 2 gears and making me challenge my logic which had earlier predicted that the geared full susser would be more gentle on my post cold and flu ravaged body than the single speed! Nice to find SST clear again - last time I was mugged by ferns the size of small trees, so gave up on it for a while. I always know I've had a good ride when I get home and my 2 year old little girl takes one look at me and says 'Daddy shower!' and then legs it! ;D
